REPO MEN Movie Review


The human body is a very complex system. This system can repair themselves if conditions require. However, sometimes this perfect system is no longer able to repair the damage and required replacement organs. With technological advances, the process of replacing this organ donors no longer needed, as happened today.

A company called The Union managed to find a way to make human organs in a synthetic and marketed to the public. The Union realizes that they have technology that can bring big profits and therefore they enact ways of payment are binding. In addition to the installed price is very expensive, the Union did not hesitate to take back what they put an organ if they are late paying customers.

Remy (Jude Law) is one of the repo man or employees who are assigned to the Union to take organs from consumers who pay late this. At one point, Remy heart failure and without realizing the Union has changed the heart with an artificial heart Remy and Remy could not refuse when the Union gave out a bill she could pay.

Did not have much choice, Remy then decided to run away because he knew the consequences of late payment is the loss of life. Fortunately, Remy meets Beth (Alice Braga) who also experienced the same problem. Together, they try to find a way to escape from the system that binds all these people.
